Im not spooling like i did, seems low, undid the neg bat cable to take valve cover off, which i think the reason is that when undoing the cable it reset the previous setting on my S A F C, but not fully sure. DOnt even know how to use it?

Well, if you did reset your SAFC (I have no knowladge with them) then you could have possibly reset the fuel trims associated with it unless it has a back up battery. If it did that, then your "larger injectors" are flooding your chambers and running rich. You need to figure out everything that was modded on the car from the previous owner I'm assuming. You have a upgraded fuel pump, do you know if it's a 190lph or 255lph pump. If it's the 255 you'll need an AFPR (adjustable fuel pressure regulator).

But you should do a boost leak test as well. They can just happen without warning sometimes ie vacumme line pops off.

i have a afc neo, and i had the battery off for a month, put it back in started the car up and my settings were all there.

do a boost leak test, see if you have any leaks anywhere after taking that valve cover off

get yourself a piece of 2 inch radiator hose, or however big the size of the inlet is on your turbo.

then, get a pvc end cap to put inside the rad. hose and clamp it down. on the pvc part, take and drill a hole in the center of this end cap and put a tire valve in the hole so you can take a compressor, bicyicle pump, etc, and pressurize the system. pump it up to about 20 lbs to be safe or more depending if you run more boost than this.

How about this, did you put the spark plug wires back on correctly and re attach the breather lines and pvc+hose?

yes, i noticed one of the spark plug wires had a top of another sparkplug in it, i unscrewd the thing and reattached it, doesnt seem to be misfiring.

pvc+hose was loose? i just tightend it when i returned it had a lil leak. but i still smell burnt oil, need some cans of brakecleen for christmas

also have a lil oil leak where a oil feed line on top of the turbo when connected to the manifold n cant find a way to tighten it, do i take off the heat shield?

no idea havent drivin it yet? what about the oil feed line? how do i get in there to tighten it?

ok driven it, it still refuses to spool fully. PVC and breather connected firmly. checked small hoses from wastegate to turbo?

was running 12, now round 10. the turbo has a funny sounding spool, an doesnt pull as hard>

also the timing belt has a sound of winding to it. I dont think im burning rich dont have any black smoke, exhaust smells real gassy thou.

someone help me please.

the belt whines funny? how can u tell if it too tight?

also how can you tell if its burning rich? there no black smoke, has a gas smell to the exhaust thou?

check your timing belt. make sure theres no wear marks on it that show signs of it breaking on you. if there is, replace it asap. if that breaks on you, you can do serious damage to your head. and do a BLT!!!!

it sounds like you may have one if your only running 10 psi when you normally run 12.

Check to see if there is oil leaking through the valve cover gasket spark plug o-rings onto the spark plugs. This will not cause lower boost but it could cause a delay in throttle response. It could have happened if you tightened the valve cover to tight, or not tight enough or ripped one of them. Check all of your vacumm lines, maybe you might have ripped one while taken the valve cover off.
