Need advise for error code. Idle control system.

I ran a test on my 95 TSI today and this error code came up, P0505. It says that the error exists in the idle control system. My question is how many sensors could it possible be? My car idles high, so I thought it would be the idle air sensor. Anyone have any input as to what sensors I may want to check?

I just replaced mine. Also, while you're down there you might as well install a block-off plate in place of the EGR. I did both and idle perfect now. You can get the plate here:
