This is my problem
I have a 97 GST with 147K miles with an 80K mile old timing belt and 147K mile old water and oil pump head gasket etc... Last time I changed my clutch, 2100 pressure plate with stock disk my flywheel wasnt looking good so I also need to change my clutch and flywheel now and I am going to buy fidanza flywheel and ACT 2600 kit for my future setup.
I also have a 1G 6 bolt block on my garage, that I want to rebuilt with some wiseco pistons and eagle rods arp studs cometic head gasket, remove balance shafts and also need a 6 bolt flywheel all timing betls components, water and oil pump. To finish this thing I will have to wait another year maybe even more.
Right now I have a
60-1 turbo
Turbonetics manifold
External w/g
880cc
fmic
dsmlink
and all the supporting mods
These parts are in my closet waiting for my 7 bolt old engine.
I have two choices. Install them now on the 7 bolt. Or wait another year to built the 6 bolt and then install them.
I am tired of 180whp, I want those parts under my hood now and 400whp, but I dont want to have a 7 bolt broke engine and a 6 bolt waiting to be rebuilt. Then throw an almost new 7 bolt fidanza and buy a new 6 bolt one.
I am an unemployed student, so I dont want to throw money to the garbage.
Again sorry about the grammar, im english is my second lenguage
