my timing cover doesnt fit

I just finished puting the front of the engine together and I went to put the timing cover on and it's hitting the tentioner pully, I don't know what else to do I've checked all pullies and everything is right... anyone else have this problem? Any good advice would be helpful thank you

The timing cover is installed and its hitting the tensioner pulley? Or you can't put it on because the tensioner pulley is in the way...
