Loving the spark plug cover, I may have to give it a try. I'm guessing you didn't vacuum bag it?
Thanks, No I didn't bag it. Because it was a positive mold the carbon draped nicely, If it were a negative mold I would have tried bagging it.

I love those fog light covers....!
:hellyeah:Thanks

What's your pricing?

thats just awesome...wanna make me some? LOL

97-gst & 96DSM_Steve, PM Me please I don't want the thread to get locked up.

I believe this is in the wrong forum! ;)

Anyway good job. I miss laying CF. Just wish I could afford it right now.

How much did you purchase and for how much where? I still got a gallon of High end Resin with the UV Clear Coat built in. Just sits there in my clothset.

how much did the carbon cost?

About $60 a yard shipped

The last time I tried using foil to cover a positive mold, the foil stuck to the part. Did you use a release agent on it?

I waxed and buffed it 3 times with a really good Carnauba Wax. popped right off without any foil sticking to it
