Very nice. more pictures please - inside, engine bay, rear. What engine do you have - 420A or 6g73? I've always liked the Avengers. This is CF overlay for the most part, right?

The rear end needs dropped down some more, not a fan of so much cf but I can appreciate the work.

That thing honestly does not look bad, I clicked on expecting to see a huge wing and a horrific body kit.:hmm:

I like it a lot its done well. Not over the top yet to look at it from a glance no ones really going to be able to place what it is without looking it over. I think thats what modding should be about, making it your own not what everyone else wants just for the sake of being deemed clean.

Everything you see is full lightweight carbon fiber, the only overlays on the entire car are the factor A pillars, Gas door, door cups and door handles.

The entire car is gutted 8point put 2 roll cage with NHRA approve swing out arms.

Custom Fiberglass dash

It is a built 2.2L 420a, built head, NTV 350 3.55 neon, with SFI approved flexplate and quafie LSD, working on making the axles equal length.

JMF did the turbo manifold, intake manifold, IC piping, and turbo back exhaust.

GT35r turbo, hahn fmic, MS2 squential injection. Few other goodies.

Stitched Unibody, H braced Rear frame rails, removed spare tire well, just a flat panel now.

Custom 6 piston front brakes, 4 piston rears, 1 1/16 master, non abs booster.

few other goodies here and there.

Looks great! Any build pics or under hood pics?

And nice wheel choice. ;)

I debated going awd, but to compete against full sponsor teams in an AWD class was just plain suicide. The 420a motor can make just as much power, just as efficiently, and just about every chassis upgrade ment for the AWD platform can be used in the FWD platform. What wasn't available such as solid cross member bushings, or custom brake kits, effective chassis bracing, and now working on equal length axles, I just went ahead and made myself. Even the body kit was all one off, by myself and 2 other avenger owners, to which we gave the prototype to Carbon Creations/Extreme Dimensions in return for free product or extreemely low return.

The entire under carrage was sanded down to bare metal, por 15'd and all suspension components were powder coated.

Engine bay will undergo its next and final stage this spring, of being stitched, braced, and finally welding all holes not used closed and smoothed for a show finish.

This was a picture of the engine roughly 2 years ago, prior to switching to MS and a few other upgrades.

A lot of these pictures shown here, are progress pictures, the car still needs some time to be completely finished, but as we all know, you're never satisfied and always making chances/improvements.

Also to edit a previous comment I made earlier it is not a 8+2 cage, it is a 10+2 cage.

That car is very impressive. What are you competing in with it?
