My kit is finally on!! haters welcome

Ok, you were right that it was a suggestion, but it is the Non-Performance forum, so you got to expect to see body kits.

By the way, just because I'm saying this and I have a n/t doesn't mean I have riced it out in any way. My N/T actually has no mods to it, performance or non-performance, and I just use it to get it around. Being 17 and working at a grocery store doesn't get you much money to buy the best car out there.

it looks ok, i had my body kit phase, i didnt know the power potential of a 4g63 so i put my money into a body kit. i still have the car but i am trying to sell it, it is a 95gst and now all my money is going into a 95tsi awd that i am doing a 2gb conversion to.
but you should have painted the mirrors and door handles while you were at it

Personally, I think the kit looks GREAT! And when you get the side skirts on like they are supposed to it will look awesome! I love body kits. Keep it up man, its looking freakin' sweet man!!

As long as you are happy it's ok. And if anybody's car is riced out it's mine ( so embarassing). I have had my car with an unpainted blitz kit for two years now. Also I recentlly hit a curb and busted my side skirt in half and I am still driving it around.

I can relate to that! When I first got my kit I had it painted with Wal Mart spray paint. But I love my body kit and the heads it turns. Cheers to our riced out cars!

Paint your handles. It will look way more cleaner, especially with the body kit. Leave the mirrors black though, I think it looks good with the windows and even better with tint.

The only part of the blitz kit I like is the ss's, so good choice. Kinda dissapointed with the bomex front, it looks different compared to the pics on the bomex site. Overall, very nice looking. I love that silver. Was the $700 including paint?

yea the black handles sorta make it look sleeper but his car is most definitely not a sleeper

I think the black handles obstruct the flow though because it doesn't fit with anything. It's like having a pretty face but a big ass nose :laugh:

Looks okay I really like the side skirts. Alot of these guys are bad as ####in domestic owners, god no DSM love around here anymore.

If you want my opinion, it looks like a peice of shit. But, if you honestly like it, congrats on the kit.

I dont know what to tell you. here's my attempt:
-I admire the fact that you spent your own money on it (i'm assuming) however i dont think the drift sides fit the front well. The front sticks out pretty far, i always wondered why the bomex did that.
-If you decide to keep that front, you should consider the full kit. Theres' not much to match that front, and not much for sides and rear that will go well.
-Foglights are almost required for that front. What else are the two huge round openings for... make sure you get foglites if you keep that front.
-I honestly think you need the CF lip for your front, or a drift front, something squared off to match the sides.
-Paint inside the vents on your sideskirts black. It will make them look functional, and more complete, not just slapped on.
-Get some coilovers from ebay, and at least 17" rims if youre going for the bodykit style. -Maybe rear triangles, or the blitz rear, would be nice.
-If you get back to the paint shop for any reason, have them spray down your door handles too. I'm assuming you have an RS, and therefore cursed with the black door handles. Even better yet, have them shaved.
-Don't worry about the paint too much... silver is a very diffcult color to match perfectly.
-i've always liked the looks of bodykits on our cars, i also like a clean 2G with just rims and lowering. Do what you want, just keep it clean and flowing well.

I love the sides (I plan on investing in some Blitz low's eventually). Not a big fan on the front, but to each his own. On getting the kit painted.

im not a fan of that bumper peticurly but it dont look bad, i dont know about your state but if u can get by with no front licenes plate take it off. it will look better.

haha u all are jacked up i dont care if it looks like crap or not u could have gave the kid props for even gitting th kit on. instead u all straight out hate on it. i know he asked for it but some times u have to blow things off. leave the kid alone. man keep it up bro i know how it is to be poor and have to do things on a budget, i bet half the people in this place hateing on your kit had one at one point. plus for all these fools know u could be makeing a show car so screw them and do it your way. good luck good work and keep it up bro
