My kit is finally on!! haters welcome

I finally took my car to the shop and got my bomex front and blitz sides installed, that I've had in the garage for about 4 months. I kinda like the stock rear, i just want to add the turbo wing my next check. For the most part im very satisfied, the sides kinda fit lk crap but that can b fixed soon. More pics commin

i have really been thinking about getting a bomex front bumper like yours, i like how they look, but i didnt realize that they stuck out that far from the headlights. i just wish they were a little more rounded instead of being so flat on top. anyways, i think it looks pretty good.

I love the design of the Bomex front end but hate the way they made it. If it didn't stick out like a damn park bench in the front it would be a great looking front end.

I think you should've done something about that 4 x 4 lift you've got there and those dinky stock wheels before investing in a bodykit.

Also, blitz low sides and bomex fronts don't work. Either go all Bomex or don't.

I would have spent the money on dropping the car an inch or two. But the fit and the paint on the kit is A+ quality.
To all the haters: at least he got it painted, it could be worse.

You're topic title said "haters welcome"... so what did you expect from people that hated it?

IMO the kit doesn't flow with the 2g body at all, and looks horrible.

Body kits are getting bigger and dumber by the minute. What started out as a more aggresive look has turned into bumpers, wings and dumb side skirts that dont even fit the car. I don't know what else to say besides you took a good looking car and made it look like a piece of crap. :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown :thumbdown thats four thumbs down, your car sucks! For the money on the body kit, you could have done other mods that actually make your car fast rather than "look fast" which it doesnt anyways. So have fun with your body kit, and go watch the fast and the furious a few more times and get some more influence for your next mods.

Ok don't start commenting on the paint match. You aren't there and you can't tell from a picture if the paint matches or not. I can see you are commenting because the body kit and the fender don't match exactly. Can this be due to the different angles of the surfaces? Hmmm.... Metallics and pearls will reflect light differently and appear to be differen't colors at different angles. If you have never matched paint before then you don't know what you are talking about. It isn't as cut and dry as everyone thinks. "Oh just look up dat dere code and mix 'er up". Look up the code, there are about 3 or 4 different variances of the code to account for differences in mixes made for the factory. Not to mention paint is mixed by the 10th of a gram. Paint tone and color don't change with prolonged exposure to sunlight do they? Do you seriously expect that all of the thousands of silver cars produced between 95 and 99 are going to be the exact same color silver?

If you are going to be negative then at least pick something that you have some knowledge on.

tekademic2nr don't expect anyone to give you the slightest bit of encouragement on this site toward any body modification. The only person that has to be happy with the outcome is you.

I agree with you for the most par, but please don't mention the fact that he could've spent money on performance parts. This is the NON PERFORMANCE forum... meaning it's NOT for performance... expect to see body kits. If you don't like it, that's fine, you can say so, but don't go telling the guy what to do with his car.
