What's up with your oil drain? Why aren't the hose fittings tightened all the way down?

just have to stay patient!

That's my problem, when I get new stuff I always want to get it installed as soon as it's in my hands. This tends to be a problem during finals week of school. I'm loving how the car is turning out! Great job rolling with the punches when things break or go wrong too, I know a lot of people would have just given up on the car.

It looks fresh out of the machine shop......if so, do yourself a big favor. Blow compressed air through ALL the passages on the surfaced part of the head to remove any "curls" of aluminum that may still be in the head from the milling process. I was amazed at how much came out of mine. I caught mine just as I was putting the head on and saw a few pieces of aluminum on the HG, so off came the head and out to the compressed air. Roll the head around in the air then repeat until you are POSITIVE there is no more aluminum pieces in it. Just want your project to go well and without any more snags!!!

Will do I've made up my mind I'm going to part out a majority of the stuff and go a different direction eventually find an all-wheel-drive platform and go from there keeping the high dollar items though breaks my heart to part it out but lots of plans changing right now in life.
