More timing?

If I am maxing out the airflow from my little 14b, would advancing the base timing gain me any power? (I dont have DSMlink) As long as i dont knock of course.

Pump gas or race gas? You're probably not "maxxing" it on pump gas. Adding base timing on pump might hurt your performance. On race gas, bumping the base timing up to 8 degrees might help you out. Without fine control of your timing curve, it's hard to derive a real benefit from timing tuning on pump without making sacrifices in certain areas.

I'm just looking for more ways to improve power on the 14b. I do still need a front mount, but other than that I have all supporting mods. I guess some intense dyno time will get me where I want to me.
