So here are the numbers for the Outlander big brake kit for 1g and 2g dsms upgrade from a puny 260mm(gst )/270mm (gsx) to a 300mm rotor

1.You need gsx Calipers and pads.

2: You need these parts
MR 307282 (Caliper bracket Outlander Turbo /Euro spec 1st gen Outlander)
MR 205215 (Outlander Rotors)

3.US spec 1st gen Outlanders share the same 270mm rotors unfortunatley. (maybe the 2nd gen has the larger ones fitted?its up to one of you to have a look and measure them up)

Sorry if repost(i doubt anyone posted these part numbers before )

Found this on google.

This is regarding the 2008 Outlander, 2007 and later all have a 10.xx in rotor:

Powerful Four-Wheel Disc Brakes
The Outlander gets an all-new braking system, featuring a new single 10-in. brake booster, compared to the tandem 8 + 9-in. configuration in the previous model. The single booster, with a long-stroke master cylinder, improves boost power and brake feel. All Outlander models use a four-wheel disc brake system, featuring 11.5-in. ventilated rotors in front and 11.8-in. solid rotors in the rear. Rotors are 1.00 in. thick in front and 0.4 in. thick in the rear.

Is 11.5" eqaul to 300mm? i guess you have to measure the hat height as well to make sure its the same as the dsm.

stock height is 46mm
thickness is 24mm
the center bore is 69mm

like i said,.you need to measure things up over there.. this is the cheapest bbk upgrade.:D

Raph, while we are on the subject...how about the rear rotors and brackets? Any word on them being able to fit as well?

Anyone tried it yet?I am planning on doing brakes soon, and there's just something wrong about visiting satan for rotors and brackets. Anyone know the estimated price?
I cant get the rotors from autopart stores eather, If not maybe I could swap my mothers
07 outlander brakes while she's not looking :sneaky:

What about using the 3kgt calipers? they should work the same .
