misfire due to the POWER TR UNIT??!!

This was wierd, I was not getting spark in cylinders 2 or 3 and so i tried changing out my coil packs and the same thing happend! so i put my original coil pack in since i was getting spark on it, and still i only got a spark in 2 and 3 so with my car started and only running on 2 cylinders I started messing around under the hood and when i wiggled my POWER TR UNIT it killed the car. and so i wiggled it more and started my car againg and all 4 cylinders started this time. But when i hit full boost my car cuts out and pops like it is misfiring, if i change to a new POWER TR UNIT would this stop my misfiring problem?

Im having similar problem with 2 cylinders not firing. Just happened today on the way to work. Im going to replace my tr unit later today and post results
