full weight 2g GST With a 14b, 18psi, stock SMIC, fuel pump, 550cc, dsmchip for 550's, act 2100, AA tires 240 tread wear, uicp w 1g bov, intake pipe, 3" turbo-back, eagle rods, 95 pistons.

Is it possible yes or no?

You should be able to run that number with that set up but may have to work on your launch and driving to get there. May be difficult with that FWD. 1st gear is going to be tricky to get tracion with but after that put it to the floor the rest of the way. Set your front tire pressures around 28 PSI COLD should help the launch without spinning the tires. You are just going to have to practice your driving. 13.90s are a possibility but will need to work to get it. You may be looking at 14.10s Dont be unhappy if you dont get it. FWDs are hard to get decent times out of.
