metal rubbing bad!!

when im coasting at any speed, my passenger side wheel makes this metal rubbing noise. when im accelerating or braking its fine though. im almost positive its my wheel bearing any suggestions before i spend money on it?
and it is where is the best place to order one

Sounds like a wheel bearing. Does it get worse when you turn in either direction?
A good way to test for a bad wheel bearing is jack the car up so the wheel is in the air, and try to move it up and down. If there is a lot of play, you have a shot wheel bearing. Any grinding while the wheel is spinning freely in the air is not a good sign either.

Check you lug nuts. If they are tight it could be the wheel bearings, Take off the wheel shake and inspect all suspension componets

when i turn to the right fast enough to take some pressure off that wheel it gets quieter. but turning keeps it the same noise

for sure its a bad wheel bearing. When the load is taken off of the bad wheel bearing the noise goes away. good luck getting your axle out of it too. Most DSMs have a common problem of the axle shaft being seized in the wheel bearing
