Ok, besides messing with my slave cylinder this last few days or so I have started to install an Autometer Ultralight boost gauge. My car came with a MBC so I didnt think I needed to worry bout that but now Im not to sure since things just arent working right. Anyhow Ive wired up my Boost gauge except the power source for light and have been testing it with not so pleasant results. I have been following this install guide http://www.jumptronix.com/2g_go_fas...ostGaugeFAQ.htm and thought I had everything hooked up right. Anyhow we originally installed it and tried to test the car at different boost levels. No matter what I did with the MBC the boost never really moved. It went as low as like 9 and as high as like 12 with a few very brief spikes to 13-14. So I did some more searching and came up with this:

He had it hooked up a bit differently with the wire that supposed to be T'd into the BOV/Intake vac line instead was going to the Lower intercooler pipe. So today I changed that, T'd the line into the BOV/Intake vac line and put a piece of vac line between the Lower Intercooler pipe and Intake(when I plugged the LICP like someone suggested in an earlier post the car sputtered and died everytime I tried to start it). I figured ok now everything is set mess with the MBC a bit and absolutly nothing has changed. So I took some pics and looking to you guys for help.
Also hitting the gas in nuetral will still give me accurate boost level readings correct or do I have to be moving. Im very new to the turbo world so Im learning as I go.
Without further ado here are the pictures of my engine bay that I hope will help you guys help me.
