Making my engine stronger.

Hey everyone, I just recently bought a 93' eagle talon TSi. I was gonna buy a boost controller and boost gauge for it and turn the boost up but I was thinking that since the engine has really high kilometers on it (220,000 kilometers - around 145,000 miles) i figured it would be better to get some stuff to help make the engine stronger so that when I do start turning up the boost my engine wont just blow up right away or anything. I was wondering if any of you had any suggestions on what to do to make the engine stronger. I'm fairly new to DSM's and i dont really know to much about engines so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

The turbo motor can make over 400 whp without changing any internal parts. You don't need to worry about making it stronger.
