hey dudes. i just want to know if there is any way to make ur engine last longer if u start putting mods on. im prolly going to be getting like a 97 GS-t and its my first car so i kind of want it to last. if u guys can tell me what some things i can do to make it last longer that would be very helpful. i know some basci stuff like not flooring it all the time or nutral drop or brake torques. all that crap i already know about but just some general things becuase im pretty new to the dsm area. :thumb:

eh... its really just like most performance cars. keep up with regular maintenance, change oil religiously, check vacuum lines, hoses, belt, etc etc etc a lot. i pop the hood on my car every day to check everything out. nothin in particular to do, just take care of her, and she'll take care of you! :thumb: good luck with the car

As above stated, fluid levels and proper maintenance are the key to a lasting engine.
