anyone know where to get a stronger waste gate actuator for a 16g? Mine starts opening at 8 psi and Im getting sick of hearing the dump open all the time. I want one that starts opening 16+ psi. Any ideas?

I do have a boost controller. Its set at 20psi. What psi does that actuator start to open?

A boost controller's functions is to allow you to double your actuator's spring pressure. If your boost exceeds double your actuator's opening pressure, you're going to experience boost spikes / drops, and possibly even uncontrollable boost altogether.

The actuator used on my design is supposed open around 20psi on a Holset, but they have a smaller wastegate puck than our 31mm and 34mm flappers. I'd venture to guess you'd make no less than 17-18psi with one of these actuators with the ability to make around 30psi (depending on flapper and wastegate hole size) with no weird spikes or drops.
