MAFT with this type of UICP

hey gys im in the market for a MAFT and i already have the 3" GM Mas, but i have this type of piping, can i still use a GM MAS with this or would i need to buy a whole new IC kit

You will need piping that fits the gm maft. Look at some engine bays of the 2g and that will give you some ideas.

You will have some serious cutting a fitting to do. You have to cut that nice dejon uicp. But out a 4 in section and get reducing couplers.. I would try selling that and buy one made for it from dejon

yes sell it then buy a kit to fit... i tried making a kit work and i have had boost leak problems like crazy

you can cut your pipe to make it work. some reducing couplers will do the trick. just make sure you measure/cut correctly. yes there is the possibility of boost leaks but that is going to be true with any MAFT setup. emclink SD coming soon!!

I would rather recommend you sell those existing pipes and get dejon's blow-through pipe kit or custom-make one.
