Hi y'all, have a quick question for whomever. So I'm one of the tractionally challenged, wrong wheel drive guys
. With my 91 talon tsi fwd. Now I'm finally making some decent power, probably 300w. But the torque steer is now unbearable and quite dangerous. I'm ready to break the bank and find an lsd for my car. I've been keeping an eye out for several years, and already know it's slim pickings for a 1GA fwd. I'm aware a guy can swap over to a 2g, with an axle swap. Have 2 questions. Are there any options for a direct replacement still? And if I need to go with a 2g diff, what hurdles am I looking at? Last thing I want is to spend that kind of $, just to find out it's a no go. Any advice would greatly appreciated?.
Thanks!
