LSD one wheel spinning

Hi guys!

I want to get your thoughts on wether or not my LSD system is gone bad..

I'm in the snow.. I put the car on first gear, only front right and rear left tires spin... I do have an orange sticker on my car and verified that I have a rear LSD..

any thought? I did read somewhere that LSD kicks in when the liquid warms up enough to spin all tires.. whn does it usually "warm up"?

It should be pretty much instant. There's no LSD in the front, but it sounds like the rear one may be worn out.
