2g awd,wheel not spinning

Alright guys, I know I am asking a ton of questions, I really appreciate all the help. I've changed the front brakes and everything went smoothly. While I've got it lifted I had my dad look at it with me. The pass front wheel is not spinning. I can rotate by hand, but it won't by motor. Thanks guys.

Awd front diff is not limited slip.
