fans not spinning

ok well my car has been down for about a month now. i pulled the turbo and exhaust manifold to have them ported so i removed the radiator. now i just got everything hooked back up, made sure the 2 plugs for each fan were connected started the car and neither one of the fans are spinnning. isnt one of them supposed to spin at all times? thanks

No. One of the fans is ur rad fan. It turns on when your coolant reaches a certain temp. Then turns off when it cools back down. The other fan is for your ac it should turn on when ur ac does.
