Hey guys, i have been working on suspension for about 2 months now. I just recently got back to driving the car about once or twice a week but I have noticed something I didn't pay attention to before. My spool time is horrible and I am only boosting to 5 or 6 with a consistent drop in boost as my RPM's get higher, which I know is consistent with the T25, but the thing is I have 0 boost leaks, I just fixed 4 total this morning and it is holding 15 psi very well at TDC. and on top of the boost level issue, I am not even hitting any sort of boost until 3-3.5k rpm, which is god awful especially for this small turbo.

I have read about the WGA arm getting rusted or frozen in place where the WG cannot open as it is supposed to, but will that keep me from hitting the factory boost levels? ( my friend has my MBC since I don't drive my car very much at all ) I won't have the T25 much longer but until I can get my evo 3 16g in I don't want to deal with this. Thanks!

Sounds like a pre-turbo exhaust leak or the wastegate flapper is stuck open. You can check for exhaust leaks by running a little seafoam through the motor. If you have any, you will see them.

And if I do? Pull out the ole' welder? I can't exactley rtv an o2 housing or along those lines.
