late update but an fyi that may help others. An O2 sensor will never cause a stumble or stall at full throttle. At full throttle the ecm no longer uses the 02 sensor for fuel control. The system instead runs off of the internal fuel control maps in the ecm/pcm and dumps extra fuel according to the maps. If you data log a well running engine, you will see it go rich under full throttle accel and that is normal operation.
