Lost clutch pressure overnight, what else could it be?

Car was 100% normal when I came home night before last. I get in it the next morning and I have 1/2 my normal clutch pressure, and the clutch feels completely worn. It starts engaging very low and doesn't fully engage until the top, it even slips in gear a lilttle bit under full boost. It can't be a disk/pressure plate issue as it happened overnight. No fluid leaks and resovior level was fine. I noticed some fluid in the dust boost of the slave cylinder and replaced the slave cylinder, didn't help at all. I've gravity bled it several times. Both the master and slave were replaced less than 20k ago. Last time one of the cylinders failed it happened overnight too. Before I could pump the pressure back in it, but no matter how much I pump it while driving the pressure doesn't change.

It's an ACT 2600 with ACT street disk, ACT flywheel which are all pretty new. I've heard of the street disk failures but I doubt thats the problem. What else could it be? This has to be hydraulic right? I've searched and found plenty of threads but none with a problem like this.
