As the title says im looking for your opinions on my Non turbo exhaust system. I am going to be running the dunk exhaust and thinking about 2.5" pipe with a test pipe instead of converter. Also Should I just run under the rear suspension to cut out the bends that go through the factory location?:hmm:

You are going to lose power with a 2.5" exhaust an no cat. I recommend something smaller or keep the cat.

Run either a 2.5" system with a cat and resonator, or you could run a straight 2-1/4" piping to the exhaust.

Keeping the cat won't save any horsepower. Back pressure NEVER EVER is good. It's a nazty side effect of properly sized exhaust for scavenging at a specific rpm. There's no benefit to putting a restriction in your exhaust. There IS a benefit to properly sizing your pipe diameter because diameter does effect pulse velocity but not because of being more restrictive.
