YOU ARE COMING TO THE BBQ !!:D
I hope you make it with your car.

Let me know if you are coming for sure.

My_GST95 i am selling my GS because i am sick of not having a turbo. i meen i could just some up for a few months then get a turbo kit, but i kina want to start over on a new car. i am thinking of selling it then getting a 97-99 GST or GSX. and i want to keep the body all stock. have it be a sleeper. plus, my car is an auto, i want to get a manual. so if you know anybody that would like a good 1995 Eclipse GS that already looks good. then let me know.

p.s. dont go by the pics i have on here. its not all discolored anymore. it all black. ill try to get some new pics up. :dsm:

do yourself a favor and buy the gsx. awd is so much better than fwd. even if it means waiting longer to find the right one. i waited 3 years:)

Awd and Fwd have different advantages over each other which i won't go into and turn this thread into a awdvs.fwd thing, but AWD is DEFINETLY worth it for the 1/4mile runs, easier to get numbers down. Light to light gsx owns all :) Freeway runs and daily driving is a different story tho. I enjoy my Gs-T because i mostly have to take the freeway to work and everywhere else I go. Less worry on the tranny also. So i guess it just depends on what you're going to be doing with the car. Anything performance wise will be better than the auto GS you have now. I'll look around for anyone interested for you. email me pics and i might put it up on the "SALES" section of sac-dsm.

What day is the BBQ? I will be leaving for so cal on the night of the 2nd of july for the 4th. It kind of sucks as soon as you fix one thing you find somthing else wrong with your car. Now i hear an exhaust leak some where. I am pretty sure its an exhaust leak i just hope its the down pipe to the turbo thats leaking and not a cracked mani fold. Either way i can still drive the car and enjoy it. You guys doing anything this weekend? If so i could take the drive down there and hang out.

The BBQ lands on the 5th which is a Saturday. Ya this weekend on Sat is the Dyno Day I have setup and you're more then welcome to come if you dyno or not. At night will probably be our every Saturday night meet-then-cruise. Glad to hear ur dsm is running again :) Leak is nothing major compared to the swap you just did.

yea. The only anoying thing is i can't hear my turbo or the stock bov now. It kind of sounds like the hondas that run open exhaust just not nearly as loud. I could swing by for the dyno and hang out. It would be cool to meet you guys. you got an adress for the place or where you guys will meet up at? I am coming from the concord anticoh brent wood area. I don't think i will be dynoing the car i am kind of low on funds right now. Oh do any of you happen to have an electric drill? I need to mount my a piller gauge pod and i don't have an electric drill and i don't trust sticky tape. If so could you bring it please??

Here's the link to directions I posted on my site:

Sac-DSM DYNO

If you click on the map, it'll open up mapquest and u can zoom out so you can figure out how to get there from I80,,,which shouldn't be to hard at all.

Ill try and remember to bring my electric drill for you.

Not trying to do a plug or anything but for those that havent already, please sign up on the sac-dsm boards even if you ARE NOT in Sacramento. By doing so, you'll get discounts on items and free shipping on selected items from AlphaGarageTuning.com. When you contact them by phone or email, just mention you are a part of the sac-dsm message boards and your user name. I know the owner personally and he will be more than happy to help you find what you need and get you a good price. Also we will be doing group buys regularly on the forums. Just check back regualrly and we have a section for group-buy requests. Sorry if this sounded like a plug, but I am in NO WAY recieving money for ANY of this. Im just trying to help you guys out get a good deal and help a friend. ^_^
