Is there a manual for 95-96 US that includes 96 2.4L?

Because none of the other models used the 2.4L engine and there are some other differences Spyder has its own manual. Search eBay 'ebay motors' for 'mitsubishi spyder 96 shop manual.'

The paper version is $Pricey of course though the PDF downloads might be a good option.

If what you want is just the 2.4L naturally aspirated engine you could search for: 'Expo shop manual 94.' The Expo higher grade models came with that engine and those manuals are much cheaper. That engine didn't change (AFIK) '94-'96.

Cheaper still would be 'Colt vista shop manual 94' That's the same car with the same engine again but with a Chrysler label on it and those manuals are even cheaper than the Expo ones.

Manuals dated before '94 will have some engine differences -- emissions and OBD for starters.

There was no Spyder in 1995, 96 was the first year.

The 97 manual should cover most things. There are some differences like the 96 had a different cam sensor but its wired the same and in 97 or 98 the throttle body and TPS changed. I think the fuel pump relay changed from a normal one to a pulse width modulated one in 97.
