So after removing my tranny and checking the step height, I shimmed the pivot ball and remounted the bell housing.
I checked the shift fork movement and it seems like it barely moves. Can anyone confirm if this looks right

Curious. What were yiu expecting it to look like? What youre showing is just the free play. The fork position after the tob touches the plate. Thats the important part. Looks pretty normal to me. Where is the exact position of the fork?

I was just curious if it looks like the normal amount of travel before it hits the preasure plate.
Id say the fork sits slight on the drivers side just wasnt sure if it was too close to the drivers side.
I expected the fork to more more than that
 
Actually shimming is just a band aid fix to a worn out pivot ball and or clutch fork. However, that looks normal to me. When you apply pressure to the left, the fork looks to be centered in the window, which is good. That "free play" will be taken up with the slave cylinder, so no need to worry. If your fork ended up in the left half of the window after applying left pressure, then I would be concerned

Some clutches have the pressure plate fingers in a different location than stock and need shimmed with a new fork and ball.
