lights pulse

So my new problem is every once in awhile all the lights in my 98 eclipse will pulse. It has a new alternator in it and a new battery. All connections are tight and clean.
Any ideas?

Which lights? Every one both inside and out including dash or ????
If just outside it may be a theft alarm problem. Just high beams is intermittent short.

Do you have any large subwoofers or maybe a non stock fuel pump in the car?

It has a python alarm and it's the inside and outside light but it comes and goes. And the fuel pump is an oem replaced fuel pump
