2G Lean idle weird click noise

Hey guys. I have this problem that really has me pulling my hair out. I have a 99 GSX tuned with ceddymods and ecuflash. I recently had an exhaust leak at the manifold. I got it fixed so I went out for a couple pulls. I first noticed the hesitation under boost, not a pulling/jerking motion, just a real slow spool up time. Then under full boost at about 6000 RPM, the car cuts out and no matter how much gas i give it, it only barely idles. The idle is SUPER rough and dies most of the time. Then after about 2 minutes of trying to keep it running, I hear a click in the engine bay and it runs fine. On my logs, when it cuts out the o2 voltage constantly reads 0 or 0.01952 and does not change until the click. I replaced the front o2 sensor, plugs, and fixed all boost leaks. I even started a full re-tune. Still having the same issue. The ISC constantly reads and my fuel pressure is always steady. Also, the first couple times it did it, my antilock light was flashing and my doors would lock and unlock. Only happens under full boost at 5000 RPM or higher. Has this happened to anybody before?

No not I, do you have a wideband. Never used ceddy mods so I had to ask about a accurate way to see your air fuel ratio numbers.

Yes I have an innovate lc-2 wideband. It reads 22.4 which is as lean as it can read. I'm leaning more to it being a fuel pump relay going in and out. I checked the relays and they say they are fine. But the car runs and drives fine until I get I to boost and make it want a lot of fuel.
