Ok so this is all of the info i have gathered about installing my LC 1 with DB gauge, let me know if this is all correct i want to try and get it all in one shot.

LC 1
This is for the 6 wire config:

Red connects to Cig lighter

Blue and White ...are joined and connected to Ground

Brown.... to ECU Yellow wire pin 60 for the rear O2 sensor

Black wire.. is connected to the Push Button and the Warning LED which is then Grounded

Gauge

Red ...connect to Cig lighter or other 12v turn key source

Black ...goes to the White/Blue ground

White ....goes to Yellow LC 1 wire (if done correctly)

Yellow ...goes to Healight power (not dimmer)

Please tell me if this is correct I have a 2g 1995 Eclipse GST with dsmlink 2.5 I would really like to do this myself so i can learn something LOL But yes please your comments are welcome please let me know.

Will do! thank you a ton I appreciate it. By the way do you think it would be a good idea to possably post a "solve all" tech guide on this with pictures it would be a very nice resource to have and it seams like alot of people question different ways of doing it when there really is only one "right" way of doing it. It's just sad to see Mickey Mouse hookups that make another DSM hit the dust.

Oddly enough, there are multiple ways to hook up an LC-1. I have been considering doing a write-up for all of those ways since I seem to answer these questions a few times a month.

I know there is already a thread that has a how-to on wiring an LC-1 as well.

Yeah I read like 10 different acticles and they were conflicting in a lot of cases ..the main thing was the debate on weather or not the button and LED needed to be hooked up. I read the link you gave me, it said that the tewblin is the TECHEGE v2 so basically I would need to select that in the programmer?

Ya, when I first got my LC-1, I may have posted some bad info as I didn't need the LED/switch because it was built into my XD-16 gauge.

Actually, forget the TEWBLin info.

Have you downloaded the v3 application (can work with v2.5)? If not, go download it. Download the stable version first, and then once that's installed, download the early access version.
ECMTuning, Inc.

You should be able to then select the Innovate LC-1 option when setting up the wideband in the software.

Yeah I lready have the stable version so i just downloaded the "update" from May. Cool so I won't have any issue with reprograming?

Ok so .. I downloaded the one Named Early Version on ecmlink, that's the one you told me to.

Yes, that is so you have the latest version of ECMlink.

But you'll also need to download LM Programmer to reprogram the LC-1. You'll attach the serial cable to one of the radio inputs on the LC-1 (looks like a headphone jack) and then the serial end to your computer. If your computer doesn't have a serial port, you'll need to get a serial to USB adapter.

Actually use Windows (complete install) Sep 8, 2010 21M, and also get Windows (installer app) Dec 29, 2008 2.1M so that your windows version will recognize your usb ecmlink cable. Also if I were you I would buy a buffer ECMTuning, Inc. to be safe since you don't want to burn out your ecu and cause more problems. Once you get ecmlink to find your wideband you can tell it what type of WB you are using so that it reads correctly.

I was lucky I do have the usb adaptor the guy who sold my the dsmlink had one. Ok so now all I have to do is get the reprogramming software from that link above?

Ok cool... I'm going to try and do the install Monday I'll keep you posted as to how it all goes. Will there be any kind of calibration problems through link that will require me to do manual adjustments?

Ok the LC1 is in and hook up, wideband in and hookup..LOL the only thing I need to do is connect the yellow wire to the white rear o2 wire...here is what I was planning. I want to find the white wire coming from the floor board cut it and then connect the yallow LC1 wire to it ... does anyone have apic of what the o2 wire harness looks like so i know that I'm finding the right one. and also should I cut all the wires to the rear o2 or just the white one

great wrong wire the white one from the harness is the heater wire so I have no clue if i messed something up

Will someone please tell me this simple answer what is the wire for the ecu on the HARNES from the rear o2

Actually it's running from the brown wire. I just need to know what to plug into the programmer to get the values to display correctly on the gauge. Sorry about the other post ...yeah the yellow wire is going to the gauge and the brown is going to the white rear o2 wire. Is there another meathod of calibration I did the free air twice now

Nope, just follow the info I posted in your other LC-1 thread about how to program the unit using LM Programmer.

So it will still work correctly if I have the yellow going to the gauge, I just want to make sure putting in the numbers the site says based off of that guys set up will work due to me not running anything to the front o2 to sim sense I can't due to me being v2.5

ok cool yeah because dsmlink and the gauge are argueing LOL the gauge is always like 3 points off
