So within the next 1-2 Months I plan to have my GST back up on the road after having the 7 bolt start to crankwalk.

Now I just want to run my build by the rest of you to get a second opinion from the dsm community on what I plan to use it for and what I have built up on it.

Now the plan for this car is basically just my commuter for intown and Weekend warrior. I mainly want to look into more course running ran I am into Drag racing.

This is my first car and things kind of went on their own for upgrading the car I am just happy that its finally getting to where I wanted it from when I first got it 2 years ago when I joined dsmtuners too.

Just curious for little things if anyone has any sort of input please elaborate :D.

If it were me I would have used an ACT 2600 clutch kit. The 20g should make alot of power. It would suck if the 2100 started to slip. My brother had 1g mainly stock. Had a 14b with an afc. His 2100 would slip on launches and it would slip on hard 1st to 2nd shifts.

My build is similar to yours. Im running a tdo5 20g and Im glad I went with the 2600 just in case.

Do you have any kind of tuning devices? If not Dsmlink would be a good upgrade

True I bought the clutch when I thought I was just going with a 16g. Also I'm fwd and hopefully plan to get a boost control solenoid later to set boost for each gear as well. Now I know greddy isn't too great. Will a type s hold up to a 20gs boost levels n power without a leak or should I upgrade and get a ngr diaphragm to help it out?
 
If its a legitimate Greddy Type S then it will definitely hold up to a 20g. I ran one on my car with a 20g. I would inspect the diaphragm and make sure it has no tears/leaks. Only then would I grab a NGR replacement diaphragm. Only other thing, you running speed density? If not, I would! Best thing I ever did for my car!
