Last "Newbie" Question, Another Radio Question

Well i got my "Re-Stock" radio in today and i was wondering what this connector is for, since it didnt hook up into my new radio and it didnt hook up into my old radio...

reason why i said restock was there was a non-eclipse radio but it was still stock mitsubishi in my car and i went back to a stock 95 gsx radio. pics are attached of the connector

that doesn't have anything to do with the radio. after several installs on various 2gs, ive never seen that used for audio.. probably isnt. nor do i know what that is for. everything should be working fine as far as your audio goes if you havnt noticed already.. even without that connected

yeah i notcied that just like my foot lights dont work, ignition light doesnt work, cigarette ligher light doesnt work, and when i open the doors (except for the hatch) the light doesnt come on in the cluster. i check the dooor switches and they work...

and another question since you installed many radios, i was looking for a double din touch screen that fits nice in a 2g, without hacking the wires or anything. looking to spend around 400-500 bucks

Any double-din will drop right in. If you still have them, use stock mounting brackets. New Pioneers are very feature packed and are now available in that price range. (Without Nav)

not sure exactly Double check all your fuses, wiggle wires see if it makes them flicker or something. sounds like fuse to me though. but if you need a factory infinity cd player with working code, let me know i just put aftermarket one in and no longer need this one. i will let it go fairly cheap to a fellow dsm lover.

I have that same thing! I dont know whats its for. But installing this was a BIG pain in the aSs.
