If I have the cable that I bought from www.pocketlogger.com would I be able to connect it to the computer instead of my palm and run any of those programs???

No, unfortunately their cable only supports their software.

I know, it's a really great program. PM me when you get a chance, I'm making logger cables that will work with Digimoto for much less than what Pocketlogger sells cables for.
