Lambo vertical Doors [Merged 8-7]

why would you pay 1200 dollars for 2 50 dollar brackets and some struts. Put some money into your engine first, then if you have money to kick around , find somebody to give it to, lambo doors are a waste of money if you dont have a show car

I love it!!!!! I have been entertaining the thought of getting them but could never find what they looked like on a stock car and now that I have seen yours it has made me want to get them now more then ever. Car is beautiful

Nice C5's.. I like the doors surprisingly. Probably one of the last exterior mods I would consider.. congrats on finishing up your exterior. Looks great!

Thank you for your opinion, however that was not my question. I realize they are not for everyone however I plan to get them. Also as for me fixing up my engine first, I am also dropping $10k into my car at the same time I do the lambo doors for performance work. So thanks a lot. Now does anyone have the answer to the question I actually asked?

I love how people say they are dropping so much money into their car when really they arent. Thats just their goals. If you have 10k to just throw at a car, then why in the hell are you driving a 1g??

different strokes for different folks... and i drive a 1g cause they rock! It's a choice i made, all 3 that i have owned, y do people make the 1gs out to be POSs? maybe some people actually prefer them over other cars, hmmmm, ever think about that?

As the person above me said... I love my 1G and that is why I am modding it and keeping it. However that is not my only car. I also own other cars becuase I know just how devious DSM's are about breaking down. Also may I ask upon what do u base your statement that I am not really putting that much into my car? Didint your mother teach you about uttering unsubstantiated facts? I guess not... Thanks tho!

*edit* oh and btw... this isnt a goal. This is a factual inference to the money I am about to drop in all at the same time. Thanks. *edit*

The gull wing is not a kit, it was stock on the japanese models. Looks nice IMO.

prob get a universal kit and have brackets fabricated. struts or motorized? i think i heard of a 91 with a kit designed for a 240sx. check the ebay. theres a fabrication shop near me that specializes in dsm repair too, and hydraulics and everything else. yet there is no track or dyno anywhere near me
