Ok so i bought a 99 eclipse GS and the motor is knocking i picked it up for $500 s0 i knew it is either a spun rod bearing or main, when i rebuild it how hard is it to find over sized race bearings?

Try searching undersized bearings since that's technically what they are. But you shouldn't buy the bearings until you know what size the crank needs to be cut to (if it can be saved). This can only be determined by a machinist. I would also advise only using full race bearings if that's all you plan to do with the car.

well in planning on turboing the care and head work with cams and a 55 shot of juice to spool faster since its an automatic
