Hello,
i have a 96 eclipse gst i bought and im trying to do a spark plug/wire change.
The guy said the motor is a Crate Engine 4G36 Motor, can someone please tell me what car its from? and year, so i can get the right plugs and wires.

That one picture alone is not enough to know what year car it came from. If it was bought as a crate motor, there is a good chance it's a 6 bolt though which is what the early 1g DSM's had.
 
It's a 6-bolt head. And those spark plug wires aren't the 2g style.

You'll want NGK BPR6ES plugs for up to ~15psi.

Year: 90-92.5
Make/Model: any of the 3 dsms, early evo's, or even an RVR. Take your pick.

Also, you're missing your lower heat shield and your BOV isn't correctly plumbed (it's not recirculated).

i took the head shield off, should i leave it on?
and how do i fix the BOV thing?
