Correct.
Take a look at these links to understand better how the fuel trims work and how to adjust them. GMAF Calibration for LTFT

There's a thread on the Link boards regarding this same issue. It seems that many guys simply can't always avoid reading knock while using antilag. They did mention that if they ease into the throttle slowly, knock will be less severe.
From personal experience, I read less knock as I added fuel. With 0% enrichment, I would read around 5 degrees. With 10% enrichment, I hardly read more that a degree.
Try doing an Anti-Lag launch back-to-back with a standard 2-step stutter.
To set your 2 step, go to ECU > RPM's. The Launch RPM is your 2 step RPM. Set this to whatever you want to launch at, then push in the clutch and rev. As long as you put the gas down far enough to reach that specific RPM's it'll just bounce off the RPM where you set it. You can put the gas as far down as you want and it'll only go that high.
Oh well thats what I was doing. But I also have engauge (sp) antilag.
