I can't figure out why my trans keeps leaking at the rear axle seal.

I replaced it, and didn't touch it, but now it leaks again after 20 miles.

I think the problem is a kiggly spacer moved my axle out far enough to cause sealing issues. Once bolted to the block, the axle is about an inch from snug in the trans. From other people I've talked to, this shouldn't be.

Solutions? Making a bracket to move those bolts and inch right sounds absurd, but so does leaving the axle hanging there free. How can I be sure the axle that came on the car is correct?

Typically, I use a small spacer to move the seal out further for customers that are using a Kiggly Kit.
