Kiggly Shifter Mod?

Have been looking for full manual/full line pressure control. this looks like it is what I need.... Does anyone have a more explained write on up how to wire it instead of just the one picture??? I dont care about stock shifting at all... but the main thing I didnt want is the stupid push button shifts I want to keep stock style shifter... ect ect.... thanks!

by looking at the picture more.. does this mod delete the TCU???
