Any experienced automotive locksmith should be able to read the pins and cut functional keys. They should already have blanks on a truck or shelf. The style is fairly common. Since they were used in many Dodges, Mitsubishis, Eagles, and various other Chrysler models. I've seen them at Ace Hardware, Walmart, Ebay, Amazon etc... You can even buy original Mitsubishi blanks from dealerships and online. If you wanted a fancy stamped set of keys.

I think the easiest cylinder to access is the rear hatch cylinder. These cars used the same key for all 4 of the cylinders so in theory if you get one to work for the rear it should work for all of them. All you need to do is remove the plastic trim panel and then you have easy access to the cylinder. That seems preferable to tearing down the steering column or the door panels.
