Might not be a problem, just a little worried. Pulled the key out of the ignition switch and the key was hot to the touch. Hadn't really noticed the problem before. No problems with the car, just concerned that there might be a short or something causing the key to heat up.
 
I don't think anything irregular is happening here. Did you just get done driving or letting it run for a while? If nothing else is wrong i wouldn't worry about it too much. If nothing else is malfunctioning I just don't see anything that could be wrong that would cause that. Unless you were somehow constantly running extra current through your ignition switch which may cause it to heat up. But i dont see how that could all of a sudden happen.
