After 14 hours of broken studs striped bolts bleeding knuckles and lots of frustration I finally got my e316g in. I'm going to get right to the issue. When I start the car it stumbles real bad so I started trouble shooting check fuel/fuel pump injectors all connections and I came up with this when I removed the o2 sensor on the o2 housing I pulled the wires out my accident were they connect to that square box so I eliminated the box and use butt connectors to connect them now I'm not a 100% sure there right but I don't think it will cause it to run that bad!!! Ok so I decided to pull spark plugs and guess what 3 were soaked with fuel and 1 wasn't(spark plug farthest to the left)it was fine. I think the car is only running on one cyl. That would explain it because It sounds like it is. So im not getting spark to 3 cylinders WHY?

What can it be I checked all connections.

Edit---Coil pack bad maybe?

So if the car ran fine before the turbo change I doubt it's the ignition system. Can you put the o2 sensor stuff back the way it was before?

No because I'm not sure the wire pattern and yea it ran fine.

when i did my e3 16g install i forgot to plug back in my o2 sensor altogether and my car wasn't running like that, just a CEL popped up. before you get to worried about it give it a boost leak test. check for small boost leaks around the LICP. sometimes if you clamp the t-bolts to tight they lose their round shape and won't create a good seal around the piping. if theres no boost leaks, depending on what side of the connector you pulled the o2 wires out of, just go buy a new front o2 sensor... it comes with the wire and the connector if you buy the OEM o2 sensor (as opposed to a cheaper universal one) good luck and keep us posted... :thumb:

Well I thought of that already so what I did was removed the uicp to that there was none on the tb elbow so when you run it its not choking(Ive done this before and it idles fine you just can't give it gas) That was one of there 1st things I did. Also I never removed any piping but the last pipe before the tb just for more room to work in engine bay also if that were the problem why aren't 3 plugs firing..The 02 sensor Is $100 and I'm already $209 over my budget for this install..LOL....Gotta love the saying "If your dsm ain't broke you are" hahahaha..

Edit-The O2 sensor is plugged in im just not a 100% sure its correct.

What are you tuning with? What size injectors?

Did you touch the plugs/wires/coilpack at all during install?

Like said earlier, I've had my O2 sensor completely unplugged and the car ran just fine.

It sounds like something really obvious.

Nope never touched them.I even tried unplugging the o2 sensor to see whats happens and the same.I know its probably something stupid it always is. Now I even checked my center console for any wire behind the cd player came unplugged because I took that whole middle piece out to put my gauge pod in. But everything looked good.

afc controller,data logger,550

Also I pulled the plugs out and set them on the manifold with the wires on it to check for spark and I think I only got spark on that one plug but I cant be 100% percent sure because my battery was going dead.

No I havent touch the afc..I will replace with new plugs just to be 100% sure its not them and make sure the fo is right.

ITS FIXED I NEW IT WAS SOMETHING STUPID...Its was the plugs they were fouled..
