Ok guys I have 1g talon tsi awd 5 speed and I think it jumped timing. I've checked all wires and they are secure but I look at my cams and there off I'd take a pic but it's dark. What's the easiest way to fix this?

Uhmm...figure out why it jumped...then retime it. Most likely bad hydraulic tensioner. Or maybe tensioner pulley bolt came loose. Replace with new OEM Mitsubishi parts....then don't worry about it for another 60k miles:thumb:

I think the bolt got loose. I was with a buddy and go full boost in 3rd then it back fired and now runs like poo. So I checked for boost leaks and the timing marks on the cam gears are off.

Well that's not the way to check the timing marks on the cam gears. Align the harmonic balancer with the correct line then look at your cam gears. Plus if it did jump time, you might have bent some valves. Might wanna plan on pulling the head and doing some ARPs, new head gasket and check the valves out.

Roll the crank pulley to TDC and see where the marks align up with - you might have to roll it the six times then stop at TDC to get all the marks to come up to their respective places.

If you're out, it's almost a full teardown of the front to get the alignment back to where it's supposed to be.
