I used JB weld water weld to make the lip for all the piping. The viper is my dads. I wish it was mine. He was thinking about getting a twin turbo kit for it.

And whoever wanted pictures of my jpipe 90 and 180 I'll post them tomorrow.
Now i need to cut the pipe out and flip it so the valve doesn't hit the hood. Gotta drive to work with the hood popped,

its a bit higher than the bottom of the fans.
My lowest pipe is the lil U'ish bend on the pass. side, I have yet to scrape it though. It sits right at level with the bottom of the front bumperAgent11br said:Matt
I think that Lee's pics of the Dejon J-Pipe he has that is designed for a side to side fmic will be exactly what we need to do our setup.
If we can't do that I have another idea I didnt run by you yet.

98spydert said:Here's a few shots of it. The j pipe is from Dejon tool, it's on their site as "old style w/ 2.25" opening" for $75. The gray pipe is the second half of my old RRE LICP, it's on their site for $25. The unpainted 180* pipe is just a 180 U bend from Jegs that I cut to fit and it's only about $15.
Shoots down between the fans misses the crossmember then runs even with the bottom of the intercooler the rest of the way so it's not low at all. I can nail a cat and it would never touch the pipe.

Fattie92 said:For all of you that are making your own piping... what did you do about all of the flanges? Fab up your own flange for the TB? The BOV flange is easy and cheap to buy, so im not worried about that.. You just using 1/8, or 3/16 steel as a flange for the TB?
Fattie92 said:..........still curious what you all did about the throtle body flange??
98spydert said:roadraceengineering.com in the DIY section they've got all of the flanges fairly cheap.
