Yussir!

looking good man keep us posted.

Thanks! I will.

Glow shift huh? Aren't those the ones that are all over ebay? keep us up to date on how well they work

Well redturboeclipse did a writeup on them and he said they were comparable to the 'nice' ones...We'll see.

Lookin' good jjrock ! Nice mix of gauges goin' on there.

Thanks j89, I hope to have them up by the end of the week because I'm planning on doing a complete overhaul on the clutch cylinders.

Please review that oil sandwich adapter. Take pics on how close before and after it is with the oil filter/downpipe.

You strictly using it for easy install of the sensors for your aftermarket guages? Not for use for aftermarket oil cooler?

haha. Im a project engineer at an airplane engine company. Trust me, its not THAT much money. Just started here. Oh and I work at Jiffy Lube on Sundays. This brings me my DSM money. LOL :D

Ok got a tiny bit of work done on the gauges...Im soooo lazy.

haha. Man I used to hate on anybody that had a dsm with black leathers. So I understand your frustration. :D

Can you lend me your interior for a week ? I'll promise to give it back when i'm done. :)

Ok but you have to pay for shipping and a small rental fee. :D

Usually black interior comes in a 99. LOL

Lucky.
I got it though, so I ain't complaining too much LOL
Still gotta find the panels though, and seat belts.

Nice! Doing the whole swap huh? You need the door panels or rear trunk panels? Because oddly my trunk panels are gray so I kind of keep thinking their was a swap done...

your black interior sucks its all about grey or tan.

why do you think hardly anybody has the all black leather? because it sucks!!!

I'll give you an opportunity to be like the cool guys, we can switch with my all grey leather?

Anyways, when I made the review on the glowshift gauge, I tested the boost gauge accuracy with a Greddy one. I cannot say the accuracy of the other gauges. Longevity wise, whenever that review was written, the gauges are still used to this day on a daily driver and are still going.

hahahahaha. I was about to say, is this guy serious...LOL

Im pretty sure I can trust these gauges. These guys have an immense positive feedback on ebay. I figured if they were bad, the feedback wouldve turned negative a looong time ago. O h and I tried their tech support ppl and they were great! If you guys watch their install vids on YouTube, the guys thats talking is the actual guy that helps you out. I thought that was pretty cool. They seem to know their stuff. I mean it's not like you can mess up a gauge install...but stuff happens I guess.

hahaha. That was my bro, we had JUST finished doing the ss clutch line and slave install so the car went from grabbing super low to way high. He was trying to get used to it. It was just a simple random vid... sucks about the compressor surge, get a real bov(1G) man, dont you have like a vented RFL or something?

Yeah I just wanted to take it off the backyard, Im going to get the sweet spot tomorrow.

You seem to like driving your car on the grass on alot on video.

The subject on the GlowShift gauges... anyone can make a gauge now with 0.1 accuracy the issue is how long can they last.

haha

thers always somebody..

2 years since I made that review. and transferred through 2 cars, first car got hit head on collision massive shock if that is even relevant, but gauges still fine.

Ask this question again next year and I'll let you know.

Technology for vaccuum gauges is not new or complicated, thus its low cost. And it was only a few years ago other smaller names have finally decided to stop the monopolizing of other brand names.

Only time will tell how long a particular brand will last, and again, over 2 years since I made that review and counting.

I think I can trust this guy ^. I mean if I get 2 years out of these, I can happily throw them out and get others because Ill have thought that I gat my money's worth...

Oh and about the vids, I just watched them and what other vids was I on grass? I didnt notice any. Idk. But it makes the car look lower so its cool. LOL
