I believe so. Hasn't blown up yet hahaha.

LOL. Cross your fingers man. How much boost are you running? What are all your mods?

Lol nope not shabby at all jjrock, the spark plug cover came out good bro congrats. I still love fresh new parts though. :p
Keep up the good work though, it's coming along nice and clean.

Thanks man, Im kinda wishing Id finish faster so I can take it for a spin but Id rather do the clean up and maintenance first. :banghead:

15psi on stock t25 k&n filter, top of the intake box cut off, stock exhaust the idiot that sold it to me thinks he put on an evo8 wastegate haha! It has poly motor mounts felpro headgasket and felpro headstuds not too much i just got it a little over a month and a half ago?..I have no idea how he has it set at 15psi because theres no boost controller

Um do you have a boost gauge to verify the boost? And Ive never heard of Felpro headstuds, where do they sell them?

Stock boost on a 2g is around 14 lbs man, that and a good boost spike is what you're seeing. Not odd at all.

The wastefate spring on a T25 is ~12 lbs but its boost solenoid bumps it up a bit more. Thats one reason why 2gs came with more hp stock rather than a 14b powered stock 1g. And we aaaaall know that the 14b had more potential than a T25.

So Im kind of disappointed with one of the current mods done to the GSX...

Ill let the pics do the talking:

A shot of the intake and hard UICP. I cant use the hardpipe yet because I need to buy a smaller K&N for it. The FIPK is too large. Recirculated BOV, Im finally not a freak!!! :D

Looks pretty good but Im a little iffy about its diameter...I mean, the stock pipe is def larger than the Greddy...Im not sure if Im losing power instead of gaining it. Any input??

You shouldn't lose any power, that's for sure. I'd bet the inner diameter is pretty similar and it certainly can't expand under boost. The shallower bends should help improve air velocity too.

I don't think you'll notice any power gains but I'd bet it moves the spool up point a few RPMs sooner.

Hmmm. Good logic, makes sense. Thanks! I just recently installed BPR7s and Im getting a small misfire, I can just feel it... I think I may switch to BPR6s just because it may be that I still have the tiny T25.

As much as I loved the color on the GS-T, I'm lovin' the GSX more :) I was the one who commented on your car on Youtube the other day, I just read your message, nope, I don't have any videos yet, just a few pics on here.

Well then make some man!! haha Thats a sweet looking 2gb Talon man. What are your mods? Turbo size?

Yeah, going a heat range colder on the stock T25 doesn't work too well. Do you do a lot of highway driving?

Mmm well yeah I guess you can say about half and half. I'm going to switch asap.

Sweet deal, coming along great like I always tell you LOL. I kinda like the heatshield color it's genuine haha.

Thank you sir!! The heatshield kind of looks sweet. :D

Thanks man. I wish I could make some progress on the Holset install, but dough is always an issue. Damn it!!

*Quick little update*

I really want to turn up the boost just a bit but I cant because my A-pillar looks like this:

LOL. So I decided to call up Glowshift to help me out with that. I ended up buying their 3 gauge package:

As you can see, I also ordered their sandwich adapter to make the new oil pressure gauge work.

Ended up getting, boost/vacuum, oil pressure and oil temp gauges.

Im not going to be using the oil temp because that hole will be used up by the AEM Wideband I have for it.

Here are shots of the boost and oil pressure and what comes with them:

I started placing the gauges in the pod and wiring them up as well. Yeah I know, not good to be using yellow wire for all my +, -, and signals but it's all I had at the moment. I've done worse...
