Jay Racing Alt Relocation? Easy way to put belt on?

Just got finish installing my Jay Racing Alt Relocation, and was wondering if there is a easier way to install the belt?
I couldn't get the belt between the pulley and frame, and had to pull out the lower bolt, angle up the alt to get the belt on...
